Your Order Shipping
All our products are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 services. These aim to be delivered within 2 working days of despatch, but this can sometimes take a little longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events and seasonal peaks etc...
Each item is inspected prior to packing and is securely wrapped in protective packaging before being place in the outer container, which in most cases will be a cardboard box. We do our utmost to protect your item from damage, but sometimes accidents do happen. Please unbox and check your items carefully when you receive them, any damage in transit must be notified to us within 24hrs of receipt and photos of the package and damage sent to our customer services email. If your package is visibly damaged when it arrives, please only accept it from the carrier by marking the proof of delivery as "Damaged".
As each item is bespoke, they can only be returned if we have made an error. Please check your spelling on all customisations when placing your order, as we copy it directly to your items and cannot be held responsible for any mistakes you have made.
Due to the customisation of your items, it can take up to 5 working days to prepare and despatch your order. Your order status will be updated at each stage and tracking details will be available from your order history page. We will also email tracking information on the day of despatch.
